Communication about discrimination

It is a positive development that it has become a higher priority for many people to behave in an anti-discriminatory way. At the same time, it is a very slow process to unlearn hurtful patterns of behavior and thinking. Unintentionally, situations do arise in which discrimination is repeated. In our workshops on "Communication about Discrimination" we offer a space for an exchange - to deal with questions, uncertainties and concerns in this context: At what point is an action discriminatory? What is meant by the term "microagression"? And how can I behave if I have unintentionally acted in a discriminatory way?

Examples of workshops in this area:

Workshop "Don't be afraid of criticism!?" - Self-reflection on dealing with privilege and ways of solidarization

Workshop "It's not that bad!?" - Raising awareness for micro-aggressions in counseling
